Concept Kitchen & Bath

The Wolters appreciate the opportunity to maintain the already stellar reputation of Concept Kitchen & Bath. When Mike presented the opportunity to purchase this business in late 2023, we knew that it would be a good fit for our cabinet portfolio.


Glenn and Kristin have dated on and off since high school but got married in the summer of 1999. They have two children: Anna and Alan. These two have kept their parents' taxi service busy by being involved in sports, including running, and cheerleading, and Alan enjoyed baseball when he was younger.

Glenn has always worked in the Cabinet industry and even worked in a Cabinet shop in Murray, Kentucky when he was working on his engineering degree. When he is not enjoying being the CEO of two companies, he also plays guitar. He is in the Church praise band and is also a part of the Wooden Nickel Band, so you might catch him at local venues.


Kristin is a trained School Counselor and business educator. After 20 years in the schools, it was decided that Kristin needed to help with HR and Accounting in the business. She is still involved in many committees in the area: Randolph County Start-up, Health Communities Alliance, St. Clement Foundation, RBHS Boosters Association, and RBHS Baccalaureate, and enjoys reading in her "spare" time.


Anna is at Murray State University and is studying Math education, following in the footsteps of many educators in both families. But you might find her answering the phones or filing at Concept. You might also catch her at local gigs, a wedding singing, or performing in a local musical.

Alan is involved in running cross country and track at the high school and works for our other business from time to time. He's not sure what the future holds but enjoys learning everything he can about engineering and building things.


As a family, the Wolters love to go to Church together, take Jeep rides at sunset, and travel. They have a goal of visiting every state in the United States, already traveling to both Hawaii & Alaska.
